Colorado Housing Connects helps renters reach critical eviction prevention services while also helping homeowners find a HUD-approved housing counseling agency for foreclosure prevention, answering all sorts of housing questions in between.
The CU Anschutz Multidisciplinary Center on Aging serves as a centralized resource for academic and community stakeholders interested in improving the health and wellbeing of older adults
A Sanctuary for People, Horses and our Planet. We adopt retired and handicapped horses and give them a new job helping people heal, love and grow. We offer Equine assisted activities for seniors, their families and caregivers. Our non riding programs improve physical, mental and emotional well being. A connection with a horse empowers us to enjoy the moment, sharing a memorable experience with majestic horse in a fun and safe environment.
With more than 40 years' experience as the designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for the eight-county region, the Denver Regional Council of Government plans and provides comprehensive services to address the needs of the region's population of older adults and people living with disabilities. We are responsible for the establishment of a comprehensive, coordinated system of community-based supportive and nutrition services for the Denver region's older adults. All services we provide are FREE.
