Benefits in Action

Benefits in Action provides education, navigation, and application assistance for health insurance benefits and community and governmental benefits. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, Connect 4 Health Colorado, SNAP, LEAP, Social Security Disability, and more. Additionally, Benefits in Action provides a mental wellness program, a food delivery program, and provides pro-bono income tax preparation. All services are at no charge to the customer.

Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)

The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally funded program that helps eligible hard-working Colorado families, seniors and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs.

Douglas County Human Services

Adult Protection Services (APS) are provided to at-risk-adults aged 18 and older who, due to age or disability, are unable to protect themselves and have no one to advocate on their behalf.
