Guiding the individuals and families of our community to programs they potentially qualify for that are designed to create a safe, healthy, and successful living environment.
Benefits in Action provides education, navigation, and application assistance for health insurance benefits and community and governmental benefits. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, Connect 4 Health Colorado, SNAP, LEAP, Social Security Disability, and more. Additionally, Benefits in Action provides a mental wellness program, a food delivery program, and provides pro-bono income tax preparation. All services are at no charge to the customer.
