Getting around and staying in your home are essential to your health and happiness. That’s why we’ve transported our clients to medical appointments, work, classes, recreational activities and more for nearly 50 years.
Clements offers transportation services via Lakewood Rides, a hot lunch program, a variety of classes and drop-in activities, travel programs on location, reach out office appointments and private rentals. Drop-in activities are available for adults 55 and over.
Mountain Family Center provides a variety of services to Grand County seniors (ages 60 and over) with the goal of maintaining their independence in the beautiful county they love.
Here at the Project Support Senior Center we provide a wide range of activities such as wellness clinics, movie nights, cards game clubs, informational presentations, exercise classes and much more!
Via is a full-spectrum mobility manager offering transportation services for individuals and groups. Via also provides a wide range of community and group educational resources related to transportation for older adults, people with disabilities and others living with mobility limitations.
