Visitors can either call us, email us, or fill out the online contact form. We use this information to contact you and answer any questions you have about our services. We do not share this information with any third-party organizations.

Cookies

This website is built using html coding and WordPress. WordPress uses cookies. In general, the WordPress cookies are used if we have allowed comments on our blogs, however we do not allow comments. Cookies are also used in the auto-fill portion of contact forms however these are cookies in use by your web browser, not WordPress.

Donor Data

AgeWise Colorado uses Fundraise Up as an online donation platform. All donation data collected is subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), and other applicable privacy laws. Non-Personal Information that is collected remains anonymous or non-personally identifiable. All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted. Financial information such as banking information or credit card number, name, CVV code or date of expiration, is collected and stored by a third party payment processor. Financial information is not stored by Fundraise Up Inc.

When making a donation, information collected may include:

Contact and account information such as name, email address, physical address, location data, phone number, and social media information;

Technical information collected. Such information may include standard web log entries that contain IP address, cookies (first party, third party, session, persistent, and flash), web beacons, page URL and timestamp.

Security Measures:

1. Who We Share Your Data With:

We do not share your contact information and messages with anyone outside of AgeWise Colorado unless you have requested a referral and introduction to another organization. We also do not share any donor data outside our organization. Standard security measures to protect personal information collected by Google and our donations processor are provided above. Additionally, we do not collect or share any personal data on any users that they do not willingly, knowingly, and intentionally provide to us.

2. How long we retain your data

For individuals asking service or other questions: If you fill out a contact form with a question, we answer your question to the best of our ability. We do not share your contact information with anyone outside of AgeWise Colorado unless you have requested a referral and introduction to another organization. Your email is kept in a business only Microsoft Outlook account.

For organizations inquiring about membership: If you fill out a contact form inquiring about membership, we answer your questions to the best of our ability and/or we provide you marketing services. If you have declined membership, your email is kept in a Microsoft Outlook account for 120 days. If you become a member, then your information is added to our CMS (Client Management Software) so we can reach out to you regarding your membership. We do not share your contact information with anyone outside of AgeWise Colorado unless you have requested a referral and introduction to another organization.
