COVID Resources

In response to the current health emergency, 365 Health has been contracted by the CDPHE to provide COVID-19 and flu vaccines as part of the Governor’s Vaccine Equity initiative. 365 Health, using qualified medical staff and volunteers, has provided over 55,000 vaccines in vulnerable and underserved communities.
