Fully customizable care plans available, with no minimum requirements. This includes, but is not limited to hours per shift, duration of care, and no long-term agreements. If cancellation is necessary, we only ask for a 48-hour notice.
All caregivers are licensed, insured, bonded, with full background checks. They are also specifically trained, to meet the client’s needs…including higher levels of care (Class A & B state license). Our entire office staff has a background as a CNA/caregiver/QMAP, allowing us to provide hands-on training and the availability to step in to provide care, when needed.
We are incredibly grateful for our amazing caregivers! Their dedication to our team, our clients and the families they serve is why we continue to have such high retention. Most of our caregivers have been with us for multiple years and our management staff has been in place, for almost four years. Multiple forms of payment accepted:
Private pay – personal funds, investment accounts, family assistance, etc.
VA Benefits – Proudly serving our Veterans and fully credentialed with the Veterans Administration.
Long-Term Care Insurance – We work with the families and the LTC company to assure proper payment/reimbursement for clients. This is accomplished by sending weekly care notes, invoices and any other pertinent information required.
