We have choices for what best meets your needs: our home based Plus units for those who generally only go out with others and are mainly only alone at home. It has a football field range of coverage so even working in the yard or getting the mail, user is covered and will unit will automatically contact us if the house gets too hot or too cold. Our ON the GO unit is portable and has a GPS component to locate and get help anywhere in the U.S. We also have automatic fall detection, if desired.
When the button is pushed, our agent will say “Mrs. Jones, do you need some help?” The user can tell us if she just wants us to contact her daughter or trusted neighbor…or wants an ambulance…or police! If the user can’t speak or is some distance away…we just send help-reaching out to emergency contacts in the order you set up and is best suited for your family…we make sure someone comes. We then make “courtesy calls” to all on the emergency contact list to let them know what is happening. We let whoever is coming to help know where a hidden key is, or lockbox/keypad info so they don’t have to break down the door to gain access.
