The mission of CareTreks, LLC is to provide personalized guidance to Family Caregivers of aging loved ones to help them become more competent and confident Caregivers by offering solutions directly to Caregivers, in partnership with other service providers and
through an employer-sponsored benefit program.
CareTreks provides Family Caregivers with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to care for their loved one to the best of their ability. Guidance sessions customized to meet the needs of each particular household. Services range from best practices for medication management and dementia care strategies to connecting to local resources and explaining the lingo used in the senior services world. If a family needs to review skills for personal care such as bathing, dressing and toileting, we can focus on those needs as well.
Partnering with Service Providers:
If your business thrives on long-term client relationships (legal, financial, real estate, etc.) and you occasionally work with older adult clients or their adult children but they are not the primary focus of your business, CareTreks is poised to be an add-on to your services so that you are able to support those clients in the caregiving phase of their lives with a tangible resource.
