The Community Well-Being Division coordinates information and referral services, outreach, and programming to reach individuals and families in Commerce City needing services and support. This includes collaborating with both city departments and external/partner organizations and agencies. The Community Well-Being team is developing programs, initiatives, and solutions to address poverty, homelessness, neighborhood and race equity to serve and elevate vulnerable populations.
