A EasyRide Client Information Form must be completed prior to receiving services.
Trips are available Monday through Friday from 8:45 A.M. to 4:15 P.M. for all types of excursions. Medical and nutritional trips are prioritized.
Transportation must be scheduled at least three business days, and can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance. Trips are provided as the schedule allows. Out of town medical trips are available in a limited area. Voluntary contributions are accepted in lieu of fares. No fares are collected on board.
