End of Life Options Colorado is the statewide non-profit organization that provides education and support to anyone who wants to learn about their choices at the end of life. We work with individuals, families, community organizations, and medical providers to help them understand the process and the laws, and how to find resources.
Our goal is to work to provide education, support, and clinical assistance to those Coloradans facing terminal illness to make the best end-of-life choice for them. We provide presentations both in-person and online, host community conversations, produce materials, and are available to speak to groups. The End of Life Options Colorado website provides resources for both clinicians and others looking to learn more, and provides clinical resources for those who are looking for a provider to help.
