According to AARP, nearly 90% of Seniors want to age in place. I have built a vast network of excellent RESOURCES to help Seniors do this. Resources include Home Care, Home Health, Certified Aging in Place Specialists, Legal and Professional Providers, Personal Care Providers, and Community Resources.
When a Senior has decided it’s time to right-size, down-size or transition to Senior Living, I respectfully GUIDE them through the process which includes income tax considerations, cost/benefit analysis of improvements, preparing the home for sale and any other guidance that is unique to the situation.
If the decision is to sell the home, I will be an ADVOCATE for my Senior client every step of the way. The real estate transaction can be very complex as there are many deadlines and disclosures required, as well as constantly changing laws and contracts. It is my mission to ensure that my clients receive the best representation and service during the contract period and beyond.
