Is this you? “Mom had a fall. Dad is becoming more forgetful. My folks change the subject whenever I bring up future plans.”
Do you feel like you should DO something but you’re not sure what? Do you want to “honor your parents” but you aren’t sure how? Do you feel like you’re in a fog, or a deer in the headlights? Do you feel confused, or maybe even overwhelmed or paralyzed?
Is this is not how you are, normally? Is this all new?
If so, you need:
- Someone to talk to.
- For a whole hour; focused on YOU.
- Someone to bounce ideas around with.
- Someone objective.
- Someone who can provide perspective.
- Someone who can help you prioritize.
- And help you make a PLAN.
Hi, I’m Maggie Miller, M.S., and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. I have extensive experience in coaching, facilitation & mediation, and education & training.
As I worked with nonprofits and in education over the years, I was continually reminded that “meeting people where they are at” is the most effective way to enhance their self-confidence and productivity and ultimately the impact they make in the world.
As I matured and as my parents and in-laws grew older, I began to reflect on the aging process, and my interest in gerontology grew. In early 2020, I decided to marry my coaching vocation with my avocational interest, and coach adult children of older parents.
I can help you take your jumbled ideas and make them actionable. I can stand beside you and support you. I can share resources and ideas, and I can help you see what resources and ideas you already have, and how you can put them to work.
Please call me at 303-886-5116, or email me at maggie@maggiemiller.org or through my Contact page on my website. You may also book a free 30 minute consultation with me through Calendly.
