Rehabilitative Rhythms uses music to change lives! We provide a variety of services for individuals with neurologic and developmental differences. These include but are not limited to individuals who have a diagnosis of dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or a developmental disability as well as stroke and brain injury survivors.
These services include individual therapy, adaptive music lessons, and social groups. We also provide community groups through our partnerships with the Rocky Mountain Stroke Center, The Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado, and the Parkinson Association of the Rockies.
Additional programs include our Adaptive Music Lab, school consultations, Music Together Within Therapy early childhood groups, engagement in research, and The Rocky Mountain Aphasia Chorale. Music therapy is about the benefits of engaging in music, such as improved fine motor function, stronger speaking voice and improved cognition. No musical experience or talent is required because our brains are already hard-wired for music and in most cases, the end goal is not being an excellent music performer, but rather improving skills you use in daily life.
We provide in-person sessions as well as telehealth. Visit www.PossibleWithMusic.org for more information.
