A Reputation for Compassionate Service

Our mission is to provide residential communities and caring services to enrich the lives of older adults in Colorado.

Our vision is that Colorado’s older adults live and thrive in a safe, caring community regardless of their financial means.

Communities

Our communities are in beautiful locations throughout the Colorado area. We offer spacious areas for communing with friends as well as quiet places to go to just relax. Our low-income apartments are subsidized by the Federal government and are designed for seniors and adults with disabilities who enjoy living independently but need the financial assistance provided through the subsidy. In our apartments, we keep rents affordable.

For seniors and older adults with disabilities, our assisted living residences provide an array of support services such as meals, housekeeping, assistance with medications, and personal care. Resident- directed plans of care are tailored to meet the needs of the individual, built on strengths and clearly identifying how and when help is needed. Staff is available 24 hours a day to assure a safe and secure environment.

Mesa Vista provides adult day care services supported community connections to residents in Garfield County. Mesa Vista Adult Day Care is a Medicaid certified provider, serving the needs of the elderly, disabled and those with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
