STRIDE Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a 32-year history of providing primary care and other health-related services in a community-based setting. STRIDE CHC has 17 health center locations across the Denver metro area.

Our mission is to partner with our communities to promote thriving lives through accessible, high-quality health and wellness services. STRIDE exists to elevate the well-being of our communities and employees.

We believe in integrated care and caring for the whole person. STRIDE can help you with medical, behavioral health, and dental services. STRIDE has dedicated senior care providers on staff, and we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and some private health insurances. If you are uninsured, we will work with you to pay what you can!
