Vivo is a virtual, live, and interactive fitness program for anyone 55+ over Zoom. Our classes are designed to build strength, accountability, mobility, and balance in a safe, engaging way. Vivo is not a run of the mill fitness program. Vivo is an NIH grant-funded exercise program that measures physical function via assessments and tracks member progress every two months. Our trainers understand older adults and are knowledgeable experts who love working with our member demographic, and are skilled at tailoring exercise for this age group. So much so that customers average about a 25% increase in strength in just the first 2 months. And at an average monthly retention rate of 98%, we must be doing something right!
