This includes Medicare, Medicaid, Connect 4 Health Colorado, SNAP, LEAP, Social Security Disability, and more. Additionally, Benefits in Action provides a mental wellness program, a food delivery program, and provides pro-bono income tax preparation. All services are at no charge to the customer.
