Description

Rolfing Special

Happy New Year!! 🎉 And, ICYMI: Best winter wishes as we say goodbye to 2024 and welcome the year to come. Whether we’ve seen each other or not this past year, I appreciate you being a part of my practice.

And, as the days start to get longer, I’m offering a winter special to save on self-care and resiliency during our colder darker season:
  • 3 sessions for $425.
  • The first session to be scheduled before January 15 and the last session before February 15; this means 1-2 weeks between sessions for best results. (If you have a work/travel schedule that will make this difficult, let’s discuss!)
Rolfing enhances our capabilities for stress management, helping muscles turn off when not needed, expanding our breath capacity, and establishing balance and flexibility so we can cope optimally with our ever-changing environment. Whether you’ve been wanting to recover from injuries and surgeries, enhance your winter sports, or refresh your natural capacity for a balanced, stress-free nervous system, please reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!

In health, Dulcey

PS: Caregivers for elders, particularly those with dementia, are a growing and underserved sector of modern society. They often find themselves overwhelmed by such a challenging and charged role–especially at this time of year. As a functional health and wellness coach and caregiver, I designed special Caregiver Coaching Support Groups groups that offer validation, re-framing, skill building around boundaries, setting realistic and manageable goals, and practical data sharing related to caregiving among other benefits.

If you or people you know (not just in Colorado, the groups are virtual) can benefit from the support and skills these groups offer, learn more at my caregiver coaching page.

What Is Rolfing?

Rolfing® Structural Integration is a profound system of hands-on therapy and movement education that has helped people from all walks of life safely find balance, reduce chronic pain, and move with ease for over 45 years.

Rolfing unlocks tight holding patterns in the body that originated in coping with injury or stress but may now be disrupting balanced movement. Through a logical series of manual bodywork sessions that include movement education, Rolfing empowers clients to rediscover their natural alignment, energy and vitality.

Who Can Benefit from Rolfing®?

  • Anyone, young or old, who wishes to improve their posture, breathing, balance, and range of motion

  • Those suffering from chronic pain

  • Athletes, dancers, and martial artists seeking optimal performance

  • Women and men coping with life transitions

  • Seniors interested in better balance and more ease of movement

  • People recovering from surgeries or injuries and “haven’t been the same since”

  • Women preparing for or recovering from pregnancy

  • Victims of trauma, which is often held in the body

  • Anyone seeking to feel at home again in their bodies and find joy in movement
