Free Legal Services
JAMLAC provides free civil legal services through representation, workshops, and consultation clinics. Services are offered in English and Spanish. Interpreters are also available in other languages as needed, including ASL.
If you are in need of legal assistance but are unsure if you qualify, please review our eligibility requirements below.
Please be aware that:
- JAMLAC is only able to serve low income clients (125% or below the federal income guidelines)
- JAMLAC cannot take cases that have hearings within 3 weeks due to our intake process timeline
- Pro bono cases are taken on a very limited basis
